We contribute to the growing efforts to address the problem of homelessness.

THE PROGRAM

Raising Hope Supportive Housing (RHSH) provides independent and permanent apartments with support services to adult men, ages 21 years and older with disability and low income, who are at risk of homelessness due to discharge from behavioral health care treatment programs, institutional care or medical services. Raising Hope assists eligible participants to secure long-term affordable housing of their choice anywhere in the state; and provides the necessary supports to maintain tenancy, improvement of inter-personal and social skills, money management, health and wellbeing, and continuum of care services.
